We all do high-level conceptual work as well as some tedious tasks from time to time. No one is too big or too small to be part of the team.We want to be transparent that sometimes we have deadlines that are tight and sometimes we need you to be able to handle the kind of stress that comes with that. We work hard to make sure timelines are realistic, but sometimes you can't help what has to be done.
