Job SummaryChief of Staff Communication Specialist - responsible for assisting in the communication initiatives led by the Chief of Staff office, which includes managing intranet projects, crafting and distributing emails, overseeing communication campaigns, facilitating All Employee Meetings (AEMs), and maintaining reporting/dashboard systems. You possess excellent articulation skills, are well-organized, collaborative, and capable of juggling multiple projects at once with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist the Chief of Staff Communications Manager in developing and implementing coordinated, targeted, and impactful communication initiatives, tools, strategies, and materials.Contribute to intranet development and maintenance.Manage the email distribution tool (Poppulo).Collaborate with the Chief of Staff Communications Manager on organizing the quarterly All-Employee Meetings.Create dashboards to display program/project statuses.Support the development of new communication efforts.Work with the team to produce videos and visual assets.Education & Experience

Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in employee communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The base pay range for this role is $79,150 to $121,900 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
