Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working with customers from initial quote to product delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer interactions for catalog items. This includes quoting customers accurately, sending proposals, and following up until the purchase is made. Over time, the individual will gain in-depth product knowledge and engage with customers in person through business meetings. Strong experience in a CRM or similar system is essential for staying organized and creating customer engagement plans.
Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on catalog-level sales quotations via email and phone.
Facilitate quick responses from engineering for customers' technical questions.
Update and maintain the CRM platform for accuracy.
Help prepare the team for external meetings and assist in note-taking.
Build presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
Update and maintain the company website to optimize traffic.
Facilitate targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns.
Assist in content generation for the website and LinkedIn.
Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for reporting, and Outlook for daily emailing.
Experience with CRM systems.
Technical skills related to manufacturing and sales support.
Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is a plus.
Ability to work closely with customers and attend meetings.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and wear many hats.
Work Environment
The work environment is in a manufacturing setting. The company is a small to mid-size organization experiencing rapid growth, having recently purchased a building to expand engineering capabilities. The dress code is business casual, and the work hours are onsite from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
