Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment, and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor, and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.JOB DESCRIPTION
Must be an excellent writer with a keen sense of stories that intrigue and interest viewers, with solid news judgment. Looking for a standout producer for our evening newscasts. Knowledge of the LA market and the stories important to our viewers is essential. Understanding of visual news tools like video walls and graphics to enhance overall newscast production is required.Candidate must be able to work well under pressure and possess excellent people, communication, and organizational skills. 3-5 years of news experience as a line producer for cable, local television, or network newscasts is required.Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $48.25-48.25 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
