About the JobAs a Senior Technical Producer you coordinate NOMOBO’s external and internal broadcast operations from the sales process to final delivery. During our worldwide productions you are responsible for the smooth operation on a technical level and keep direct contact with our production management and creative teams.

ResponsibilitiesOwning each aspect of NOMOBO projects from a technical point of view: from concept development, rental inquiries, and partner involvement to final delivery of media production to client – on a global scale.Provide an in-depth knowledge and overview of NOMOBO’s equipment inventory.Act as a senior technical producer for our productions around the world including logistic planning of all technical aspects needed for these productions.Lead on planning and designing technical plans in solid collaboration with our production and creative departments.Supporting the correct use and maintenance of all NOMOBO-owned technical equipment.Specify technical equipment for assigned productions. Collaborate with the production department in hiring appropriate crew.Maintain good relationships with our clients, (freelance) crew, and partners - and consistently deliver a first-class service to our team and customers.ProfileYou have an enthusiastic personality with a passion for the most extensive but exciting media productions, produced around the globe. You are interested in building the right production team around our unique shows and showcasing the most effective technical workflows to deliver to our clients in the highest quality, on time, and within budget. You are a team player, proactive, and capable of resolving problems – always with a smile. You are able and willing to work outside of office hours (evening hours and weekends) and are able and willing to travel frequently.
Required SkillsA degree in (audio-visual) Electronic Engineering (or equivalent work experience).You have an overall knowledge of audio-visual workflows with a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure around large scale media productions.Experience leading teams and being client facing.You are keeping track of the latest technological developments within the digital cinema and broadcasting industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.A positive multitasking team-player with a hands-on mentality, to approach and solve issues that arise.Technical and practical insights that support our productions as well as our management team on a daily basis.You have a valid and clean driver's license.Ideally, located in the Los Angeles area but remote possible.
The Offer"At will" employment;Full time exempt role;Base salary range 160k - 200k;Group health insurance (including dental & vision): 100% contribution coverage for employees + 20% for any dependents;NOMOBO bonus arrangement;Monthly net expense allowance for phone $60;11 paid holidays;Paid vacation accrual arrangement up to a cap of 120 hours;Remote working: from home, the NOMOBO office and on site.
