We are looking for team members who share our commitment to learning and growth as well as our desire to build personal connections along the way.What You’ll DoSupport the team on work back schedules, calendaring, catering, swag, promo materialsSupport pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing plans and logistics from conception to completion. This includes: A/V, set-up, quality control, shipping, logistics, transportation and moreSupport development, management, and execution of assigned projectsContributing to regular reporting of event statusHybrid, working onsite at our San Jose headquarters 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your timeWhat You Bring2-3 years of experience in related fieldBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field requiredA team player attitude but aptitude to work independentlyStrong written and verbal communicationContent management skills (digital, custom applications, presentations)Ability to travel to event locations specific to assigned programsProject management experience and strong communication skillsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and lead several projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
