The opportunity

Position within Teva’s Generic marketing organization is responsible for leadership and execution of Teva’s non-traditional generic strategic marketing initiatives. Overseeing a diverse product portfolio, this position will work across a talented cross-functional team to develop innovative marketing solutions, primarily using non-personal promotion, that differentiate Teva in generic markets.

How you’ll spend your day

Strategic Planning: Create and communicate a clear plan. Spot unidentified business needs and opportunities. Utilizes market insights, category trends, competitor activity, and in-market performance to analyze and identify key segments, growth opportunities, and priorities especially in the specialty pharmacy segment.

Innovate and Advance: Identify markets and products in Teva’s generic pipeline that require non-traditional marketing efforts to be successful. Develop and work to execute innovative go-to-market strategies and marketing plans utilizing non-personal promotional tactics including market access programs.

Financial Ownership: Operate with a financial mindset and understanding. Oversee departmental budget(s). Identify areas to optimize product P&L where directly accountable. Leverage internal and external resources as appropriate.

Focus and Value: Partner with colleagues to develop and utilize analytical measurements. Analyze effectiveness of plans and tactics through ROI and other success metrics.

Excellence in Execution: Capable of project planning. Identify objectives, meet deadlines, encourage efficiency and effectiveness. Skilled at implementing strategies across multiple channels, groups and therapeutic areas.

Connect and Communicate: Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization with ease. Develop and present marketing objectives, budgets, and priorities. Inspire others to embrace and execute new ideas. Enhance relationships with internal and external partners.

Business Acumen: As aligned to role, take initiatives beyond own area. Draw insights from variety of sources and personal market knowledge. Skilled in various types of market research and insights, interpreting results & acting upon them. Understanding of the digital marketing space.

Your experience and qualifications

Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience

Preferred Experience:

Experience in Generic and/or CPG marketing/commercial operations

Pharmaceutical experience outside of marketing function.

Experience with non-personal promotion/digital marketing

Master’s Degree (preferred, but not a must)
