Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.As a UX Designer at Lucid, you will be collaborating with a talented team of deep, empathetic thinkers in researching, concepting, and defining what it means to help teams see and build the future. You’ll be designing workflows, interactions, and paradigms that support our customers in their pursuit to see more, know more, and do more.Responsibilities:

Design experiences, interactions, and features that improve product value for continued growth and successUnderstand customer problems, clearly define design solutions, and provide detailed deliverables within Agile/Scrum system constraintsOwn the design process for your team’s features, including research, validation, and iterationCommunicate user intents, motivations, and needs to drive delightful experiencesSupport engineers in translating and implementing your designsEffectively manage projects to meet deadlines, roadmaps, and requirementsStrengthen Lucid design culture and help evangelize design within organizationRequirements:

2+ years of professional UX design experienceSound knowledge of core design methods (sketching, wireframing, storyboarding, etc.)Ability to describe success metrics for design contribution and show a passion for evaluating design solutions with qualitative and quantitative analysisAbility to design in various contexts, contributing to long-term strategic projects, last-minute fixes, and short-term solutions - sometimes without all the information present to make comfortable design decisionsDemonstrated ability to communicate sound design rationale through different mediums and design deliverablesThrive working in a fast-paced, startup type environment with a bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideasPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, industrial design, human computer interaction, architecture, multidisciplinary design, user experience, psychology, English, computer science, or a related field.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentPlease provide a current resume and portfolio link/documents with your online application.
