What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have…
2+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry as a Clinical Liaison, Director of Marketing, or Admissions Director; with a documented track record in increasing census.
Strong sales skills and an ability to showcase our services in a compelling way and build strong industry relationships that will help us to grow our quality payor mix.
Experience reviewing referrals and to ensure the team can meet the patients’ clinical, equipment, and medication needs
In-depth knowledge of insurance providers and financial criteria for accepting admissions
How you’ll thrive and create an impact:
Build and maintain strong relationships with case managers, social workers, physicians, hospitals, clinics, ALFs, SNFs, group homes, senior centers, healthcare providers and community resources.
Generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and develop strategies to increase admissions and market share.
Conduct presentations for healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and understanding.
Collaborate with internal team, including Administrator, Nursing, Business Office and Admissions to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to facility, and excellent customer service
Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote the facility and expand the customer base.
Review clinicals and financials for referral on electronic referral sources (i.e. Allscripts, Navi health, etc.)
Make decision to accept or deny the referral and give decision to hospital discharge planner
