If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you As a Digital Marketing Coordinator , you will be a key player in our Marketing & Communications team, reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing. Your mission? To harness the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, digital applications, and various channels to promote our products, services, and the United brand to targeted audiences. You'll execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and websites, all aimed at maximizing brand visibility, engaging our audience, and driving measurable results. What You'll Do: Schedule: - 20-30 hours per week Salary: Commensurate with experience Campaign Execution: Execute digital marketing initiatives and tasks that align with our company's goals and brand standards. Channel Management: Build and deploy touchpoints across email, social media, paid advertising, and our website to disseminate brand messaging and engage our audience. Content Quality: Stage, proof, and QA digital content using WYSIWYG and HTML editors to ensure top-notch quality. Journey Building: Build customer journeys, orchestrate automations, and design engaging email campaigns. Personalization: Utilize Salesforce's dynamic features to scale content personalization and deliver the most relevant content to our target audiences. Optimization: Enhance our Marketing Cloud capabilities through cross-channel journeys, A/B testing, content categorization, tagging, and reporting. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-3 years in Digital Marketing with proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field (experience may be substituted). Required Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications (Marketing Cloud, Intelligence, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and automation. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for proofing and quality assurance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a knack for receiving and implementing feedback. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and standard marketing software (Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, etc.), with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, macros). Preferred Skills Experience updating and optimizing website content in a CMS platform (Kentico, Wordpress, Sitecore or similar) Proficiency in basic SEO tasks (keyword research, reporting).
