This individual will be responsible for building custom solutions and overseeing campaigns across the sales cycle. The cross functional role interfaces with a variety of internal teams to develop and execute innovative, highly effective solutions that solve complex client needs.Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to develop multiplatform RFP responses in a timely and efficient manner.Lead all internal planning and brainstorming discussions in response to RFPsCompose concise, accurate and creative decks in response to RFPsActivate and manage sponsorship programs across all platformsProject management including managing all timelines, client expectations/KPIs (in partnership with sales), engaging and overseeing tactics across multiple departmentsCreate compelling and unique sponsorship and content marketing offerings aligned with network and digital prioritiesPrioritize and manage multiple projects at any one time and with minimal directionWork with internal stakeholders to create and manage production timelinesManage client and media agency partners through activation phaseDevelop, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and their agencies, as well as with all key divisionsRepresent WBD Ad Sales in external meetings with high-level clientsAccountable for the performance and results of a team or projectMentor junior level positions.Requirements:Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and co-exist within a teamDemonstrated self-starter with leadership and project management skills, but the self-awareness necessary to understand when/where to ask for help and guidanceProven ability to think creatively and strategically while navigating difficult and complex issues in a large, highly matrixed, dynamic corporate setting.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a changing environmentDemonstrated organizational skills, attention to detailHands-on experience with digital platforms and web technologies preferredWorking knowledge of Keynote and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience processing and responding to client RFPsA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills, training and/or experience required.4+ years of integrated marketing experience. Experience in TV/Cable or Ad Sales a plus.Prior management experience a plus, as the role provides leadership to project teams or third party partners.Ability to travel throughout the year to attend shoots, client meetings and other necessary ad sales events, etc.How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $70,001.00 - $130,002.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
