We’re looking for a creative, energetic team player who is skilled at multitasking and eager to learn. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of mid- to senior-level interior designers, contributing to the firm’s success by supporting the design process for interior architecture and furnishings from concept through installation.Why join us? Competitive Compensation Package Complete Benefits Package Flexible Work Schedules Accelerated Career Growth Fun Company ActivitiesJob DetailsResponsibilities:Support multiple projects under the guidance of mid- to senior-level designers.Research new interior materials and products, including tiles, stone, millwork finishes, decorative lighting, and more.Draft and render construction documents, such as plans, elevations, tile and stone layouts, millwork, reflected ceiling plans, and electrical layouts.Source, analyze, and develop selection schedules for plumbing, tile, stone, lighting, wallpaper, etc.Prepare visual presentations, boards, plans, and elevations for design and client meetings.Create and update furniture layouts.Draft custom furniture drawings to convey design intent, including perspectives, plans, and elevations.Communicate with vendors and showrooms to obtain quotes and samples.Generate proposals and purchase orders in Studio Designer.Use Studio Designer reports to track orders, ensuring timely delivery; coordinate with vendors and receivers on production and delivery logistics.Attend client and site meetings.Maintain and organize the sample library.Requirements:0-5 years of experience in residential design.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design required.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office is required.Familiarity with Studio Designer and Adobe Suite is a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and professional writing skills.Detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated.Demonstrates a professional work ethic.Receptive to guidance and direction.Able to interpret construction drawings and manage priorities across multiple projects.This is an in-office position located in Beverly.
