Position Designer I

Description

Position: Full-Time, Hybrid - 3 days in house

Rate: $26.44 hr - $33.65 hr DOE

About this role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative graphic designer to join our team! As Designer I, you will be responsible for working directly with the Marketing team to bring the brand vision to life. You will build digital email graphics, paid social graphics, print campaigns, hangtags, and so much more. The Designer I role will have many skill touchpoints, including motion design, web design, print layout, photography and video editing. You will be designing deployable assets and measuring their success to inform your next design. We are looking for someone ready and willing to collaborate and learn all that goes into creating stunning visuals that help us to stand out in the industry. Position Requirements

What you should bring to the table:

BA in Graphic Design or something similar

Personal portfolio showcasing your skills in type design, iconography, and brand design.

At least 2 years’ experience at an agency, studio or design group

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Experience with print layout and preparation

Understanding of paid social media fundamentals

Video editing capabilities

A huge plus:

Experience in Photography

Experience in Adobe After Effects

Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro

Experience building print catalogs
