About the Role: As an Ads Manager & Data Analyst at 5th Element Media, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, playing a critical role in executing, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. You’ll go beyond surface-level insights, diving deep into ad data to analyze trends, uncover strategic insights, and actively contribute to the innovation of client and internal team strategies. This role requires a forward-thinking mindset, a commitment to driving results, and a proactive approach to enhancing ad performance, reporting, and automations. You will also be integral in implementing automations via Zapier, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that our data-driven approach keeps us ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Ad Campaign Management: Create, optimize, and manage ad campaigns from scratch in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager. This includes ad creative updates, custom audience setup, and A/B testing. Trend Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, strategize improvements, and prepare monthly reports with comprehensive insights into client metrics. Innovation & Strategy Development: Develop new strategies and approaches for both client campaigns and internal processes, pushing the company forward with fresh ideas and strategic thinking. Zapier Automations: Design and manage automations using Zapier to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity. Collaborative Insight Sharing: Work closely with the Creative team to provide data-backed insights on ad performance, helping shape content strategy and maximize impact. Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams, sharing data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making and optimize workflows across the company. Data Visualization & Reporting: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Agency Analytics) and advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to present data in accessible, impactful formats. Client Diversification: Set up ads for diverse clientele across various industries, tailoring strategies to meet unique business needs and maximize results. Qualifications: Experience: 1 years of hands-on experience managing ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager, with demonstrated success in driving results. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a high degree of proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI. Must have a sharp eye for detail and excellent mathematical skills. Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with the following tools:Google Drive and the full G Suite Slack for team collaboration Zapier for automation and workflow management Meta and Google Ads Managers Power BI or similar data visualization platforms (Agency Analytics experience a plus)  Strategic Mindset: Ability to think proactively about the future of 5th Element Media, contributing innovative strategies to both client and internal operations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and effectively present insights to clients, team members, and leadership. Adaptability: Must thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be comfortable with full-time remote work, with the potential to transition to a hybrid role in the latter half of 2025.
