You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to create seamless payment journeys that address user needs and behaviors. Your work will include UX research, journey mapping, Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) framework analysis, and user behavior assessments to drive adoption and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead UX Research:

Conduct in-depth UX research to understand user pain points, behaviors, and needs related to payment processes.Journey Mapping:

Create detailed customer journey maps that outline the entire payment experience, identifying key areas for improvement.Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) Analysis:

Utilize JTBD framework to analyze user needs and design solutions that drive desired outcomes in the payment experience.User Behavior Change Assessments:

Conduct assessments of user behavior change to predict and design for the adoption of new payment systems.Design Strategy & Implementation:

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define and implement a user-centered design strategy for the payment integration project.Prototyping & Testing:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability tests to ensure design solutions are effective and user-friendly.Stakeholder Communication:

Present design solutions, journey maps, and research findings to stakeholders, providing clear rationale behind UX decisions.Continuous Improvement:

Monitor the impact of design changes post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate to improve the overall user experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.5+ years of senior-level UX design experience, with a strong focus on payment strategies and vendor integration.Proven experience in UX research, journey mapping, and the Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) framework.Strong understanding of user behavior change and ability to assess its impact on design.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with payment systems, financial services, or e-commerce platforms.Knowledge of UX analytics tools and methods to evaluate and measure user experience outcomes.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
