Move In/Marketing Coordinator

You are someone who feels the need to serve our elders and their families during their most stressful time making the transition to a memory care community. You will help complete paperwork for move in have computer skills and an urge to learn. Also, you will be the point person in every step of the moving process from compiling all necessary paperwork and orders, to coordinating our Moments Moving Team scheduled time for the move, and being with the resident and family through the day of their move to ensure trust and customer service to the highest level. You will also be instrumental and keeping the occupancy full.
This position is part-time. Generally speaking we are seeking someone with 25-30 hours. You will be working closely with our owner and outreach director to ensure the move in process goes smoothly.
Key Skills include but are not limited to:
- Outgoing customer service first personality
- Computer skills with office and EHR a plus
- Compassion and understanding for the situation
- working in senior living a plus
- Follow up detailed oriented.
Pay from $22 per hour
Other Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must agree to a TB test
- Must have a drivers license
