At Clutter, we're embarking on a transformative growth journey. We’re looking for a visionary Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to join our team and lead our efforts to drive topline growth. This role is crucial as we expand our customer base and enhance our market impact. Role and Responsibilities:

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be pivotal in shaping and driving our growth marketing strategies. Your role will involve developing, executing, and refining comprehensive marketing strategies to drive high-intent traffic to our website and achieve significant growth in key metrics.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a robust growth marketing strategy focusing on driving high-intent traffic, increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and building brand awareness. Set clear objectives, define KPIs, and continuously adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market insights.

Campaign Management: Oversee the design, launch, and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies in real-time.

Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms. Use data to inform decisions, improve strategies, and drive growth.

Vendor and Consultant Management: Manage relationships with external marketing consultants and vendors. Evaluate their performance, ensure alignment with marketing goals, and optimize their contributions to our marketing efforts.

Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with broader company goals. Integrate feedback to enhance marketing initiatives and facilitate smooth communication across departments.

Professional Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.

Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.

Excellent project management skills with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Experience in planning and executing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.

Strong ability to create compelling marketing content and materials.

Experience in the storage and warehousing industry is a plus.

The Location:

Reasonably expected salary range: $134,500.00 - $179,300.00
