POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for marketing of The Pavilion through daily contacts, building and maintaining accounts, developing and managing records of contacts and account activity, maintaining a competitive analysis, developing and implementing detailed marketing plans, working constructively with the marketing team and Access and building positive relationships with Pavilion, and NWTH staff members. Provides education to customers as appropriate. Provides patient screenings as appropriate.Demonstrates integrity and professionalism at all times. Daytime and occasional overnight travel.
PROVISION OF SERVICES1. Makes a minimum of 30 face-to-face sales contacts per week.2. Documents all contacts and maintains records of account activity on UHS MS4 Program.3. Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently utilizing effective time management.4. Knows and follows rules of the Mental Health Code Marketing Practices Act.5. Maintains competitive analysis and is aware of competition at all times.6. Contributes and works well with other members of marketing team to develop and implement strategic plans.7. Is a positive representation of The Pavilion at all times. Maintains good relationships with other NWTH staff and the public.8. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to work hours necessary to fulfill demands of job.9. Provides education to the community as appropriate and needed, through one on one interaction, group meetings, and public speaking.10. Exhibits effective leadership skills through planning, organizing, and implementing duties and functions in relation to the UHS and the NWTHS vision, mission, strategic goals and values and in accordance with JCAHO’s leadership standards.11. Operates responsibly in such a way as to meet the fiscal goals of the organization. Takes responsibility for the satisfaction of customers to include patients, employees, physicians, and referral sources through effective communication and appropriate responsiveness to customer issues.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:A bachelors degree in business, behavioral sciences, or a related field/ Masters preferred. Three or more years working within the behavioral health field. Two to five years of outside sales experience. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an account base. Two to five years providing education and utilizing public speaking.
