The Senior Global Marketing Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting global market research, performing in-depth analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations to support smarter and more informed business decisions. This role will play a critical part in shaping Aristocrat’s marketing and business strategy, collaborating closely with global teams across Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Studio, and Legal Teams. A strong understanding of customer surveys, segmentation, data analytics and marketing technology is required to succeed in this role.What You'll DoDesign and execute research studies to assess consumer preferences, market trends, and analyze resultsIdentify key trends and insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and consumer engagementPresent research findings to key stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision makingLead the development of the global NPS projects, annual brand awareness studies, and consumer experience surveysConduct qualitative and quantitative research on international markets to assess market opportunities and build consumer personasWork closely with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Sales team to ensure research insights align with business objectivesManage relationships with third party research agencies, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standardsMonitor macroeconomic trends, emerging technologies, industry regulations that could impact business strategy
What We're Looking ForBA / BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or Social Sciences5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, customer experience, or a related role4+ years of experience with analytic techniques and statistical modelingExpertise in using Qualtrics or other comparable survey research toolsProven experience in designing and executing custom quantitative and qualitative research and interpreting resultsExpertise with Tableau, Power BI or other similar data visualization toolsFamiliarity with
database tools and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) is a plusStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical
audiencesStrong project and vendor management skillsDemonstrate energy, drive, and resilience when faced with challengesPossesses high integrity and exceptional work ethicAble to work effectively in a highly complex matrix environment, and is an excellent team playerStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

$87,483 - $162,468 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
