UX/UI Engineer

We are looking for current UX/UI developers and/or designers to join our team. Make sure to have that portfolio of previous UX/UI work for our managers to view upon applying!
As a UX/UI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing beautiful, usable web pages and applications. You will conceptualize digital solutions to customer and business problems and bring them to life through high-fidelity prototypes, before ultimately building the frontend and pairing with Software Engineers to release your work into the world. From there, you will team up with our Analysts to evaluate the effectiveness of your designs through real user feedback to test, iterate, and continuously improve experiences. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely and communicating daily with stakeholders, researchers, copywriters, illustrators, photographers, and field experts.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with designers to convert concepts into polished designs and/or high-fidelity prototypes.Collaborate with developers to build accessible, responsive, production-ready frontends using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Concept and develop iterative tests and experiences for continuous improvement.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather project goals and requirements.Conceptualize and present user-centric solutions to stakeholders in the form of workflows and wireframes for feedback and approval.Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to evaluate performance of released products as well as reading and reviewing analytics and user data to identify areas for improvement.Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.We're looking for someone who can be passionate about their job and have fun doing it, who will deliver results with integrity, and who enjoys finding ways to enhance the lives of others every day.
