AURA GROUPE is looking to hire a full-time, talented and creative, Account Coordinator, with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media outlets. The individual hired for this position will need strong copywriting, critical thinking, and creative skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team.Daily engagement across assigned social media accountsCopywriting for social including campaigns, tag-lines, posting calendars, memes, etc.Organization of spreadsheets and foldersProduction duties (styling assistance, content creation assistance)Creating captivating content calendarsCreating engaging Instagram Stories for various clientsClient Relations on an ongoing basisCreating mood boards, photo inspiration folders, etc.Assist in photoshoot managementAttend client events for social media coverageMaintain, organize, and archive the digital library of assetsShare information and expertise about digital and social media marketing trendsBe an expert in pop culture and social media trendsInspire and build with other creatives on the teamBe aware and always hit client deadlinesStaying on top of social media trends and news to make sure that clients are always staying current and relevantCreate Instagram Reels and TikToks for clientsUse Instagram best practices and always adjust strategies to ensure the account is growingExperience Requirements:Must have strong and versatile copywriting skills for various mediaExperience working in an ad agency or in-house marketing departmentBe an expert in all social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and SnapchatEnglish proficiency excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and eager to learnKnowledge of social media reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite preferredKnowledge of Facebook Ads Manager preferredBachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative tools: Photoshop, InDesign preferredMac proficiency preferredSalary: $40,000 + benefits.
