Job Description:
We seek a motivated and outgoing Canvasser to assist our Sales team in generating leads and setting appointments with potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for energy efficiency and a talent for building rapport with homeowners. As a Canvasser, you will be crucial in expanding our customer base and promoting our cutting-edge products and services.
Responsibilities:
Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce our company and schedule appointments for the Sales team
Educate homeowners about the benefits of energy-efficient solutions such as insulation, roof ventilation, solar attic fans, water purifiers, and solar panels
Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using our CRM system
Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize conversion rates
Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude at all times
Compensation:
As a Canvasser, you will have the opportunity to earn a commission on each project generated from your appointments. You will receive half of the commission from the finalized projects (the average commission is 2-3k) (the average Canvasser will get 2 sales a week), providing an incentive for your hard work and dedication. The potential for growth within the company is limitless, as you can progress into a Canvass Team Lead role or transition to a Closer position.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and proactively seek out potential leads
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency
Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment
