About The Position
The Manager of Creative Marketing will manage the creative process and delivery of high-quality traditional and digital collateral and campaigns for KIPP Foundation to support in maintaining brand consistency, increase credibility, and improve effectiveness of our teacher and student recruitment and retention campaigns.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with all KIPP Foundation teams to design and produce exceptional digital and print marketing collateral, including ad suites, social graphics, one- and two-sheets, presentations, email templates, and white papers/reports.
Design materials and support installation of branded experiences for key network events throughout the year; materials range from print and online invitations, attendee activation, social campaigns, event signage, and digital programs.
Drive internal creative workflow including a creative brief and background process, managing stakeholders, building project plans, reporting on and measuring progress, and overseeing execution of final deliveries.
Provide advertising campaign creative support and thought partnership to regional stakeholders with the aim of increasing brand alignment and campaign performance.
Maintain a set of national brand standards and digital asset management platforms
Stay current on visual brand trends within education and broader social impact spaces

Experience and Qualifications
Degree or formal certification in Graphic Design preferred. We will consider any candidates who have a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in print/digital design and brand management
A passion for KIPP’s mission and values
Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Affects, and Audition. Presentation work is done in PowerPoint.
Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation including concept generation, design development and materials execution, while maintaining timelines and staying on budget
Ability to partner with teammates, build relationships, and establish new processes to ensure collaboration delivers best possible end products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
Experience in managing photoshoots

Travel requirements: 15%
Full time, Exempt role
Location
It is preferred, but not mandatory for this role to be based out of a KIPP Foundation office. This role also has the option of working from a remote office full-time. KIPP Foundation offices are in NYC and Chicago.
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, and relevant experience. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,500. In addition, KIPP Foundation provides a variety of benefits to employees, including:
26 holidays for + 18 days additional flexible PTO days (flexible PTO increases to 23 days for years 3 and 4 and to 28 days for years 5+).
100% paid parental leave
100% coverage of the premium for employee and 75% for employee + family’s medical/dental/vision plans.
