In this role, you will work closely with our business development team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s goals and vision. Additionally, you will oversee content planning and development across various channels to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan and content calendar that supports the company’s overall business objectives and enhances our brand image and reputation.Work closely with the Director of Business Development to align marketing and sales efforts, and develop campaigns that drive qualified leads and new business opportunities.Develop content including case studies, blog posts, social posts, webinars, and more to support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.Lead our partner marketing efforts, which includes driving co-branded campaigns, joint content creation, affiliate marketing, referral programs, and other initiatives. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with partners and executing campaigns that drive measurable results for both parties.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, key competitors, and new opportunities for growth and expansion.Develop and manage a marketing budget, track spending, and ensure that all initiatives are cost-effective and generate a positive return on investment.Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for various channels, including email, social media, website, and events.Develop and drive thought leadership initiatives that establish the company as a leader in the industry.Provide assistance with coordinating industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, as needed.Other responsibilities as deemed necessary and assigned from time to time.Required Experience
5+ years of experience in marketing with experience leading various projects or tracks of work independently or with limited oversight.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.In-depth knowledge of the digital agency, consulting, and professional services industries.Experience developing thought leadership initiatives and creating content to support marketing campaigns.Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing.Experience in B2B marketing preferred.LocationChicago / HybridHow to Apply
