As a Senior Animator, you will play a key role in bringing our client's visions to life, working on projects ranging from commercials and quick turn video content to digital campaigns to social media content and interactive experiences.
What You'll DoCreate high-quality animations and motion graphics for a variety of media, including TV commercials, digital campaigns, social media content, and interactive experiences.Develop storyboards, concepts, and animatics to visualize and plan animations.Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas that meet client objectives.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process with fresh ideas and solutions.Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.Utilize advanced animation software and tools to create animations, including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other industry-standard programs.Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, software, and industry trends to continually improve skills and processes.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that exceed their expectations.Present animation concepts and progress to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation within the team.
What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in animation and motion graphics, preferably in an agency or production studio environment.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques.Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other industry-standard tools.Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
