How you will help We're looking for a passionate and experienced Copywriter & Content Strategist to join our growing marketing team. This role will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Product Marketing Director to plan, develop, craft and implement the content strategy for HealthVerity. As the lead creator of content, this position works in collaboration with many departments including Marketing, Sales, Product and Research / Analytics. What you will do Serve as the written voice for our pharmaceutical manufacturer, government and payer facing clients. Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing, case studies, presentation content and web copy Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with HealthVerity's tone and mission. You write clean, concise, well-polished and provocative copy Lead research to drive thought leadership that fuels white papers, webinars, press, awareness, and enhances the reputation of HealthVerity as a thought leader and information resource Work closely with the Marketing team for collaborative content delivery across all digital channels - social, blog, email, paid and partners. Implement SEO best practices in web content to increase traffic to our website Manage the HealthVerity editorial calendar and written guidelines Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor's positioning and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar Help assess the suitability of new social platforms if relevant Collaborate with the Design team to produce video, graphics and collateral to accompany content. Required skills and experience Healthcare / Life sciences industry experience required Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline 5 years of digital marketing and content marketing work in a collaborative B2B environment Strong research, writing, editing and proofreading skills Experience/consistent performance in deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work Ability to think strategically and creatively Experience managing KPIs and tracking effectiveness of content distribution. Work closely with internal stakeholders to inform copy and make adjustments based on their input Confident, enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated ability to use initiative and willingness to work as part of a team Experience with HubSpot and WordPress Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $70,000 - 110,000 annual bonus opportunity. Hiring Locations We prioritize hiring team members from the Philadelphia area whenever possible, as our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required two days a week. However, for certain roles, we're also open to hiring from our hub locations, where we have groups of remote workers.
