Marketing Operations Lead, System AdministratorAs the Marketing Operations Lead, you will support the effective management of critical marketing tools that enable the planning and production of Best Buy Marketing and Retail Media Network Organizations.

You will be supporting tools such as Adobe Workfront, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ and more, with the goal of increased productivity.

The Marketing Lead, System Administrator will lead ongoing maintenance, optimization and enhancements, inclusive of supporting training and change management. The Marketing Lead, System Administrator will actively partner with teams that are looking to leverage tools to improve resource management and process efficiency.This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work somedays onsite at the Best Buy location listed in this posting, and some days virtually from home or other non- Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.What you’ll do

System Administrator of tools, including the daily management, including but not limited to, the following:

User setup, password reset, access level changes/help, licensing changes/help, custom form setup, request queue setup, creation of groups/team, template creation, dashboards/reports, and training.Consistent system reliability, problem resolution, performance tracking and risk mitigation through effective problem management.

Leverage expertise in business process and/or project management to understand, articulate and address business issues, drivers and needs.Facilitate business group discovery sessions to confirm and document process steps and help identify efficiencies through the lens of tools capabilities.Provide a high-level of customer service by engaging with tool users regularly; gain understanding of wins and challenges to develop a point-of-view on future functionality/enhancements needed.

Basic qualifications

1 year of working knowledge in Adobe Workfront2+ years of experience working in content management systems/tools or related disciplines1+ years of experience in quick-turn, high volume environmentExperience leading projects, conducting training or similar

Preferred qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent industry experienceExperience working in workflow management tools as a functional system administratorDirect or indirect project or resource leadership experienceStrong communication, relationship, and problem-solving skills to position self as trusted advisorExperience in the marketing/advertising sectorRetail and national brand experience preferred
