PHOTOGRAPHY (MARKETING)

Marketing Director, Marketing Assistant, and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Linked In, and YouTube)

JOB PURPOSE
Add value to the company by shooting product focused pictures in a lifestyle format.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESServe as a member of the Marketing Team in accordance with our core values.Perform all regular duties associated with photography in a professional manner.Responsible for learning about and understanding the Aggieland Outfitters brandPerformed all work within set time standards in cooperation with other departmentsPhotograph all products for online sales and marketing needs including preparing items to be photographed and preparing studios for a wide range of products and visual needs.Produce product, fashion, and lifestyle videos of selected products to demonstrate product featuresContact, and schedule and prepare models for model shoots of select productsAssist outside photographers with location shoots as asked by the head studio photographer.Assist in all video post production including retouching and preparing all model imagery per needed use and output.Demonstrates winning customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in photography and lighting for both studio, outdoor and on location shoots.Possess flexibility, creativity, and adaptivity within a fast paced environmentStrong understanding of the Adobe creative suite, specifically but not limited to Photoshop, Camera Raw, Ai and Lightroom as well as Apple and PC literacy.Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, projects, demands and changes.Demonstrates winning customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.PREFERRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Thrives equally in a team atmosphere as well as a solitaire, self motivating environmentFORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in progress for Graphic Design, photography or equivalent preferredPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
3+ years of relevant experience preferredNOTES
Available to work an average of 15-20 hours per week in separate shiftsThis position may require some transportation to retail locations, local photoshoots, or major photoshoots utilizing personal vehicle
