We are seeking a talented, bilingual Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our online presence with a primary focus on email marketing, fundraising marketing, and events marketing. This role is ideal for someone with strong English skills, who can expertly craft email marketing strategies, and who possesses website design proficiency. Social media and advertising responsibilities will be handled by another team member, allowing you to focus on our targeted email and website communications to engage our audience effectively. Who You'll Work With
As a marketing coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, events, and outreach team to collaborate on projects and be willing to help in person at Casa de la Familia events which occur currently once a quarter.
What You'll DoDesign and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage, inform, and inspire supportersDevelop and implement strategies to boost participation in fundraising initiatives and eventsAssist with website updates and ensure the site is optimized for user experience and content engagementCollaborate with the team to develop engaging content for email newsletters, event promotions, and donor communicationsStay updated on best practices in email marketing and website optimization to enhance outreach and engagement effortsSupport the coordination and promotion of organization events, including registration, communication, and post-event follow-upsAnalyze campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize email and event engagementWhat We're Looking For
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in email marketing, including strategy and campaign managementStrong proficiency in website design and maintenance, ensuring an engaging user experienceFamiliarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and website management toolsAbility to create compelling and mission-aligned content to engage donors, clients, and community membersDetail-oriented with strong multitasking and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related fieldWhat You'll Love About Working Here
