Digital Marketing Assistant

POSITION:DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANTThe Digital Marketing Assistant helps support company and brand goals across all digital platforms including: brand-owned, partner-owned (ie Walmart, Target, Walgreens), Amazon and leading social media channels.Reports to Digital Marketing ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES:Work collaboratively with teams across various departments to ensure that digital marketing efforts are in line with overarching marketing goals.Executes digital marketing strategies presented by marketing and manager and achieve KPI’s.Helps manage the creation, curation, and publication of all content types, including images, videos, and written materials for brand-owned channels and partner sites.Monitor and analyze brand digital marketing, competitor social media activities and general industry trends.Help communicate and maintain Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency in content produced by partner agencies, the Creative team, and the Marketing team, aligning with our brand vision.Work with creative teams to design compelling creatives as needed.Contribute to and help manage comprehensive marketing calendars outlining seasonal, monthly, and daily strategies for content and promotions across digital platforms to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to optimize website visuals, leveraging product trends and seasonal themes.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or proven track record as a Digital Marketing Specialist in industries such as hair, beauty, fashion, or similar.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse teams.Solid project management abilities, including task prioritization and deadline management.Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo and Canva is a plusFluency in Spanish is a plus.
