To assist with this, we have a strategically positioned U.S. warehouse distribution system and its streamlined parts, service and fulfillment center located in Wendell, North Carolina.This will be an onsite position in Wendell,NC, with a work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.JOB SUMMARYKIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Wendell, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of how to communicate complex ideas through design. This role will focus on creating compelling visuals that enhance our brand presence, support product marketing efforts, and resonate with our target audience in the agricultural sector.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOBDesign Development:Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums including digital ads, print materials, trade show displays, and social media.Design product brochures, technical illustrations, and promotional materials that effectively showcase our tractors and equipment.Brand Consistency:Maintain and reinforce brand identity by ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and messaging.Develop visual content that reflects the quality and reliability of our products, resonating with our target market of farmers and agricultural professionals.Content Creation:Design and produce engaging visual content for digital channels, including website graphics, email campaigns, and social media posts.Create high-quality images, videos, and animations to support product launches, customer testimonials, and educational content.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and engineers to understand design needs and deliver effective visual solutions.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for additional design support and ensure seamless integration of their work with our internal projects.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and future use.Innovation and Trends:Stay current with design trends, industry developments, and technological advancements to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our projects.Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance our visual communication and engagement strategies.EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with a focus on marketing and product promotion in the industrial or agricultural sectors.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing and animation tools.Experience designing technical or product-related content is a plus.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout with a strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling designs.Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work on time.KIOTI BENEFITS4% 401k employer match, all contributions immediately vestedBirthday PTOFree Medical Insurance (for employee only)Vision, dental, and life insurance availableWellness reimbursementsKIOTI Café - free for all employees!Training/Growth OpportunitiesDaedong-USA, Inc. dba KIOTI Tractor provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
