UI/UX Designer . Create award-winning mobile online games played in over 40 countries and consistently ranked in the top 10 in the biggest markets in the world.As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in developing intuitive, seamless, and visually engaging user interfaces for game user interfaces and internal tools. You'll work closely with design, product, and development teams to create a cohesive user experience that aligns with the brand and enhances player engagement and user productivity.

Responsibilities:

Game UI Design:

Design and optimize user interfaces for the product UI, ensuring usability, consistency, and visual appeal.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our gaming style and branding guidelines.Conduct usability testing with players to gather insights and refine designs based on feedback.Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and a responsive user experience.

Internal Tools:

Design and improve internal tools used by team members, focusing on efficiency, usability, and ease of navigation.Create wireframes, workflows, and interactive prototypes to simplify and streamline complex tasks.Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and enhance productivity through optimized design.

User Research & Usability Testing:

Conduct user research, including player personas, task analysis, and usability studies, to inform design decisions.Run A/B tests and usability studies, analyzing results to iterate and improve designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our user experience.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align on project goals and priorities.Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving feedback constructively.Present and explain design concepts, processes, and choices to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.3+ years of experience in UI/UX designExperience with UI/UX design in gaming or interactive digital media.Strong portfolio showcasing experience in console interface design, web, and/or mobile applications.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with game design principles and an understanding of gamer psychology.Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar game development platforms.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for understanding development constraints.Benefits:
