Your Opportunity to Make a Difference
As a Product Marketing Manager at WorkForce Software, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our industry leading workforce management platform. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, building strong internal and external relationships, and taking initiative to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product positioning, launch strategies, and sales enablement materials.
You will partner with creative teams to create compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates the value of our solutions to various audiences including customers, partners, analysts, and more.
You will partner with Sales leadership to effectively differentiate our solutions against the competition, reach target buyers and enable or sales organization to be successful in a global, fast-moving market.
In addition, selecting an enterprise workforce management solution is just the start of our typical customer's journey. Large complex organizations are increasingly leveraging our expanding range of vendor services post selection to ensure they receive the maximum ROI from our solutions. As we continue to expand our portfolio of products many customers are expanding their technology footprint to access new elements of the WorkForce Suite, improving outcomes for the business and their employees.
In this role you will not only support market capture for new business but also help ensure our customers are successful throughout their implementation and grow the value they receive from WorkForce over time.
Responsibilities
Most importantly the product marketing manager must use data to help inform the GTM decision making and marketing strategy for the products, services and customer segments you own, ensuring we reach our yearly booking and customer retention goals. Additionally, the product marketing manager must:
Understand product offerings, our competitive differentiation and translate features / functionality into business valueUse data to help inform the GTM decision making and marketing strategy for the products, services and customer segments you own, ensuring we reach our yearly booking and customer retention goals.Act as a market SME helping to maintain a thought leadership position for the products, services and customer segments you own in the key industries in which we operateInform the strategy for reaching potential buyers by defining the most effective marketing tactics including events, media outlets, and influencersEnsure consistent messaging and branding across all WorkForce resourcesIdentify opportunities to develop new resources, refine messaging and launch new campaigns that drive business growthSupport vertical go-to-market initiatives with industry-specific resources and messagingUnderstand the competitive landscape and maintain competitive battlecards with up-to-date competitive differentiation and industry newsRepresent the voice of the customer and provide customer and market insights to the sales, customer success, product management, and marketing teams through our Customer Advisory Board and Regional User GroupsDevelop compelling and easy to understand resources for sales and presales including sales training on products, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, and cheat sheetsDevelop compelling external product content including data sheets and customer case studies, website content, blogs, eBooks, webinars, solution guides, product launches, etc.Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B product or content marketing for SaaS softwareExperience of the WFM, HCM or Payroll B2B SaaS software market is desirableExtensive experience in the development of creative content, product positioning, sales tools, customer case studies and competitive insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsDeep understanding of the enterprise software buyers' journeyTrack record of success measuring, testing, and improving the effectiveness of product messaging and sales tools at each level of the funnelStrong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivateTravel

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
