Our team is seeking an experienced, innovator who can champion experiential graphic design projects from concept to completion with passion, creativity, and attention-to-detail across a broad spectrum of project types. If you thrive working under quick deadlines and lead client project meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm, we want to talk to you! The EGD will be involved with all aspects of design, including wayfinding systems, brand implementation, immersive environments, and experiential graphics. What you will do
Work with clients to develop specific graphic and user-oriented strategies for experiential graphic design within a built environment, including corporate identity systems, experiential graphics programs, and consumer environmentsDevelop wayfinding + signage projects from start to finish, including analysis and development of wayfinding strategies, sign location plans and message schedules, sign design concepts, schematic designs, design intent packages, and signage guidelinesSupport projects in planning, master planning, urban design, pedestrian movement, and user experience within the built environmentAssist in development of construction documents, procurement support, and fabrication for wayfinding/signage & experiential graphic design projectsAssist in the development of new brands and conveying the identity in imaginative and compelling waysCoordinate design and delivery with clients, architects, engineers, and other design team membersWork collaboratively within a planning and design framework and develop high quality, client-ready deliverables within tight schedules and budgetsProvide clear and concise written, verbal, and experiential graphic design to client, design team, stakeholders, suppliers, and vendorsRequired Qualifications
8+ years of experience in experiential graphic designDegree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, experiential graphic design, industrial design, or similar programExperience with material, color, typography, and font specificationsKnowledge regarding specifications, products, production methods, fabrication, and installationExperience with budget managementStrong work ethic, with demonstrated efficiency, flexibility, and a positive spiritHigh level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), and MS Office requiredAbility to travel on short notice via air or ground trips locally and nationally to client meetings (travel estimate, up to 10%).Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship*IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED, APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A CURRENT PORTFOLIO WITH (8) PROJECT EXAMPLES, PREFERABLY IN PDF FORMAT*
Preferred Qualification
