As a Channel Marketing Specialist your goal is to focus on dealer recruitment, new customer onboarding and dealer development. You will collaborate internally with marketing, sales and commercial operations to achieve key business unit goals and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with dealers, distributors and retailers on marketing including co-op and our customer advertising programs.

You will do this by:
  • Generating and deploying content, training and presentations working with channel partners
  • Managing internal specialist (direct report) for dealer recruitment
  • Onboarding new customers including managing local digital advertising to drive new business
  • Interfacing with dealers on consumer leads including managing the distribution and disposition program
  • Collaborating with management, marketing and sales to develop channel marketing and sales strategies while executing across an integrated marketing plan
  • Working with marketing communications to develop and distribute channel specific communications including email campaigns, printed collateral, merchandising, digital content, advertising and customer presentations
  • Frequently evaluating channel marketing, promotions and customer needs to make recommendations to management
  • Assisting in planning and execution of trade shows and events

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field OR equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of three years, with five or more preferred, experience in marketing or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM/lead management software
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
  • Well-developed understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and sales practices
  • Digital marketing including: SEM, social media, email marketing and database management
  • Organized with ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Strong ability to communicate (verbal, written) and collaborate cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
