Our retail client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Brand Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire campaign production process, creative strategy, and design execution. You will workcollaboratively with project managers, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our campaigns are not only visually captivating but also executed seamlessly, meeting all deadlines and objectives. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including B2C and B2B creatives, file organization, digital paid media, presentations, and print creative.
** This role is remote but there are holiday meetings or a few meetings a year that you will need to go onsite in Century City, LA for which is why they prefer someone local to Southern CA**
ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with clients objectives and brand identities.Graphic Design: Create visually stunning and effective B2C and B2B assets for various digital and print marketing channels that drive awareness, sales and traffic.Project Management: Partner with the project manager to oversee the end-to-end project management process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time.Deadline Management: Keep track of project timelines and ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.File Organization: Maintain an organized and easily accessible digital asset library for all creative assets.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide updates, and receive feedback.Paid Media: Design eye-catching and effective advertising materials for paid media campaigns.Presentations and PowerPoints: Create engaging and impactful presentations and PowerPoint for client pitches, internal meetings, and campaign performance reports.Campaign Implementation: Prepare and organize files for Canva Toolkit rollouts.Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Experience with paid media and out-of-home advertising.Must Have familiarity with Canva for TeamsExperience in project management systems (Monday.com)Proven experience in graphic design and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with rapid changes.
