Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager - (Content & Campaign Strategist) to join our Clinical Surveillance and Compliance team responsible for integrated marketing campaigns and developing engaging content. This role is pivotal in supporting our product marketing initiatives to drive demand generation. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Hospital Director of Pharmacy leaders' purchasing journey to craft compelling campaigns and content that resonate at each stage of the buying process. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our omnichannel marketing and content strategy across our full suite of offerings for both Sentri7 and Simplifi+.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Development:

Design, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with product marketing strategies to generate demand and fuel pipeline growth. Ensure cohesion and consistency in messaging across all platforms.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, ensuring message alignment to address specific pain points and drive conversions.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends and buyer behaviors to inform marketing and content strategies and identify new opportunities to drive engagement.

Buyer Persona and Journey Development:

Conduct thorough research to build detailed buyer personas and map out their journey, ensuring content and campaigns are strategically targeted.

Webinar Program Management

:

Lead and manage webinar programs to enhance thought leadership, engage target audiences, and drive demand. Develop strategies to streamline webinar processes, promote participation, and ensure post-webinar engagement aligns with overarching campaign objectives.

SEO Expertise:

Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic, optimizing our content for search engines.

Performance Optimization:

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for improved performance and ROI.

Project Management:

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and adherence to marketing goals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations and Digital Teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.

Core Skills Required:

7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or healthcare industries

Proven experience in campaign and content development with a focus on demand generation.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Expertise in developing buyer personas and journey mapping.

Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the Hospital Director of Pharmacy leaders' purchasing journey.

Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.

Travel

Less than 10% of the time

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500-$164,700
