Essential Functions
- Content Creation Planning - Work with the Brand Marketing and Social Media Managers to plan content that meets campaign goals, including developing shot lists, scripts, and coordinating logistics like talent schedules, locations, and equipment.
- Video Production - Film and produce social media videos and longer-form YouTube videos, from concept to completion. Ensure a high standard of creativity and brand consistency in all video content.
- Video Editing - Edit raw footage into polished final products, optimizing for various platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and adapting to the technical specifications and best practices of each channel.
- Product Photography - Capture high-quality product images for use in digital and print campaigns. Ensure that product shots align with the overall brand aesthetic and support marketing objectives.
- Asset Management - Organize and manage all content files, maintaining an orderly and accessible library of video and photo assets for use across marketing and ecommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team - Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure content supports current marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches. Provide content for social media managers, email marketing specialists, and the ecommerce team.
- Creative Innovation - Stay updated on trends and innovations in video and photo content creation, bringing fresh ideas and techniques to Revant’s content strategy. Regularly propose creative solutions to enhance the brand’s visual presence across digital channels.
- Performance Optimization - Continuously analyze the performance of visual content, using data and insights to improve future videos and photos. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to track content effectiveness.
Revant offers a competitive compensation package including:
- Base salary or hourly pay range, $62,000 - $70,000 (dependent upon experience)
- Eligible for the company bonus program

- Proficiency in video production tools (i.g., Adobe Premiere) and photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of content requirements across various social media platforms, including video formatting, timing, and style best practices.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film, Photography, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, and product photography, ideally in a digital or social media-focused role.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality visual content under tight deadlines and fast-paced conditions.
- Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.

Work Environment - Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)
While working remotely, you will need a quiet space that you can use to allow you to be present and focused during work hours. In addition to two days in the office per week, your position may require you to be physically in the office more often when projects or in person meetings are required.
When working at the office, we operate under Good Manufacturing Practices which may at times require wearing safety glasses and closed toe shoes. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for handling video and photo equipment.
- Frequent movement required for on-location video shoots or photography sessions.
- Proficiency with office equipment, computers, and photography/videography tools.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Some office-related tasks may require moving around the office, reaching for files, or accessing equipment, necessitating mobility and flexibility.
Travel
10-15% travel is expected for this position.
