We are hiring for a 40 hour/week contract position that will convert to a fulltime salaried position if it's a great fit after 3 months. The client is based in Scottsdale, AZ and the work schedule is M-F 8-5 onsite.


The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years content management experience, with proven experience managing, scheduling and publishing product, informational and marketing content across platforms, and be skilled with Contentful, Sitecore or Wordpress.


Position Summary

The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining content across multiple websites and digital platforms. This role ensures content is accurate, updated, proofread, and meets all standards.


Position Responsibilities

  • Content Management:
  • Manage, schedule, and publish product, informational, and marketing content across platforms.
  • Enter and modify text and images in CMS (e.g., Contentful), aligning with HTML/CSS standards or WYSIWYG tools.
  • Review and edit web content to maintain digital standards.
  • Editing & SEO:
  • Edit images, adjust resolution, and create file types as needed for launches and campaigns.
  • Conduct SEO updates and metadata optimization to improve site performance.
  • Collaboration & Compliance:
  • Work with compliance teams to ensure content meets regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships, exceed service expectations, and meet project deadlines.

  • Engage in training and development opportunities, supporting team and individual growth.


Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Minimum: High School diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience:
  • Minimum: 2+ years in content management; 1+ year HTML experience
  • Preferred: 3-5 years content management; Adobe Creative Suite, SEO/SEM
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Google Docs, Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
