Summary

The Creative Content Videographer will work as part of the Creative Content Team to plan, develop, and execute custom and brand worthy short-form video shoots in support of unique brand calendar requirements. The Teammate in this role will create unique storytelling moments for Buckle's Tik Tok, Instagram and other social channels to support marketing activities.

Videography

•Participate in cross-departmental team to define channel content needs.

•Create, plan, and execute approved short-form video content as required.

•Collaborate with Photo Art Director to plan, schedule, and develop all shoot logistics, including travel, as needed, to realize unique storytelling moments that support channel, brand, and campaign marketing activities.

•Research and understand merchandising strategies and brand positioning to effectively execute projects that align with business goals while balancing trends related to storytelling, presentation, styling, technical aspects, and unique media usage.

•Utilize best practices to effectively create quality video content/clips that can be leveraged across all Buckle-owned social accounts.

•Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of video post-production, including editing, grading, and formatting videos to best meet the assigned objective and brand and platform standards.

•Partner with Buying Teams and Store Teammates to ensure access to product.

•Categorize, file, and archive channel assets according to digital asset management protocols.

•Demonstrate comfort with directing while both behind and in front of the camera.

•Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.

•Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; two to four years related experience and/or training as a videographer or photographer; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge and experience with TikTok and other short-form social platforms. Three to four years' experience filming and editing digital videos is preferred, but not required.

The Teammate must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and complete errands based on business needs.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
