About the job
We're hiring a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help up level and execute on our content strategy that aims to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and engagement, and generate leads for our business. This is a remote role reporting to our director of marketing and working cross functionally. What You'll Do
•Be the voice of Right Side Up, writing and editing all communications for all marketing channels
•Build and manage our editorial calendar to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality content
•Conduct in-depth research and write long-form content on a wide range of complex marketing topics, some of which will require interviews with senior marketing executives
•Partner with senior marketers in our talent collective to conceptualize, edit, and publish articles
•Lead our social media strategy, from editorial planning, copywriting, and visual asset creation to publication and analysis
•Write compelling monthly newsletters featuring original content as well as content sourced from around the web
•Work with our webinar presenters to craft landing page copy that drives registrations
•Write and publish case studies in partnership with our client engagement team, clients, and talent
•Drive our SEO strategy for all long-form content
•Own reporting for all content and social initiatives, optimizing strategies as needed to maximize ROI
•Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing news and trends to build a relevant, impactful content pipeline
What You'll Bring
•5-7 years of content marketing experience, ideally with exposure to growth functions at VC-backed tech companies
•Demonstrated mastery in writing engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences, with a portfolio showcasing versatility in tone, style, and structure
•Ability to convey complex marketing concepts through a clear, concise, and compelling narrative that captivates founders, CMOs, and senior marketers at venture-backed tech companies, driving both engagement and action
•Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
•Strong project management chops-keeping timelines updated and stakeholders informed, holding others accountable, and delivering high quality work on time
•Familiarity with, or excitement to learn and work with a tech stack that includes Webflow, social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube), Figma, Google Search Console, Semrush, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Slack, and Google Workspace products
•Experience working on a wide range of projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Ability to self-prioritize based on evolving business needs
•A drive for excellence, a love of learning, and a fascination with all things growth, marketing, and ecommerce-you'll be reading and writing about them all day, everyday
