The role

You'll own our social video presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Success looks like:

First 30 days

• Master our product capabilities and value propositions.
• Launch first two content series.
• Establish baseline production workflow.
• Begin building performance measurement system.

First 90 days

• Scale to consistent high-quality content output.
• Achieve initial growth metrics across platforms.
• Optimize content based on performance data.
• Develop new series concepts.

First 6 months

• Drive significant follower and engagement growth.
• Fully integrate technical features into content strategy.
• Create scalable content production systems.
• Begin testing innovative content formats.

You'll work directly with our CEO and collaborate with our AI/ML teams to showcase technical capabilities in accessible ways. This is a highly autonomous role with significant creative freedom and direct impact on company growth.

Compensation & growth

• Base salary: $130,000 - $180,000
• Equity: 0.1% - 0.25% initial grant
• Partners Program: Performance-based profit sharing with unlimited upside

Our Partners Program is unique. After demonstrating impact (typically 3 months), you'll be eligible for monthly profit sharing bonuses that can multiply your base compensation. Bonuses increase as you advance through Partner levels based on performance.
