Senior Manager, Content Marketing Job at Jobleads-US in Seattle
Jobleads-US, Seattle, WA, United States
Headway’s mission is a big one – to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. We’ve built technology that helps people find great therapists with the first software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance.
1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to take insurance and scale their practice.
Headway was founded in 2019 – since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 25,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software. We’re a Series C company with over $225m in funding from a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), Accel, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Spark Capital, Thrive Capital, and Health Care Service Corporation.
We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better.
In this business-critical role, you’ll be responsible for crafting Headway’s content marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with our provider communities, data teams, and channel owners to amplify Headway’s voice in the market. You’ll develop a world-class team of writers, overseeing the content production engine end to end. This is an opportunity to run a mission-critical function responsible for creating the first touchpoint providers have with Headway.
You will…
- Be an evangelist for our providers, deeply understanding trends in mental healthcare and formulating them into thought leadership
- Partner with marketing channel owners to oversee the content calendar, prioritization, and staffing models to distribute content across marketing channels
- Oversee our editorial SEO growth strategy and targets; orchestrating organic lead growth across customer insights, data analytics, and content themes to create predictable and sustainable top-of-funnel growth from our website
- Work closely with our Communications Lead, Lifecycle Marketing, and Brand Design to give inputs into our voice and tone guidelines for Headway
- Act as an editor across marketing content, creating clear guidelines for our copywriters and holding them to a high-quality bar
- Use data, market research, and customer insights to inform our storytelling
- Manage a high-performing team of content strategists and copywriters (both in-house and external), foster a culture of speed, collaboration, and creativity
- Be the catalyst for your team to continuously reflect on how they can improve and create an impact
You’d be a great fit if…
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing and editorial roles
- You have 3+ years of experience leading content marketing, and managing writers in an editorial and managerial capacity
