Description: 

INH Hair/INH Professional is currently hiring for an In-House Social & Content Coordinator role. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position located on-site at our West Hollywood office. This role requires having a reliable vehicle and may include light travel to nearby locations within the Los Angeles area.


This position is responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Conceptualizing/strategizing fresh new content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and executing them from start to finish
  • Tracking social metrics to improve social strategy
  • Monitoring social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to stay up to date on current content trends, sounds, and concepts
  • Conceptualizing and executing social giveaways from start to finish 
  • Writing trendy & creative social captions
  • Shooting and creating a wide range of content, including but not limited to professional product photography, that would be used across various marketing funnels for INH Hair/INH Pro and its retail partners
  • Coordinating photoshoots in-house/on-location when needed
  • Outsourcing content from creators for content requests that are not able to be met in-house 
  • Assisting in coordinating/attending brand events and capturing content at events when needed 


Key traits/requirements for this role:

  • Must be skilled in using various cameras for professional on-site photography, such as iPhone, DSLR, etc. 
  • Experience with a professional camera is essential for this role
  • Must have experience in photo editing software/apps and/or video editing software/apps 
  • Must have experience in high quality content creation
  • Must have an eye for details and strive for exemplary content every time (framing the shot, getting the right lighting, ensuring camera settings are set properly, etc.)
  • Can give direction to others when shooting content (i.e. team, models, etc.)
  • Must be well-versed in the world of social media and up-to-date on social/content trends, sounds, etc. 
  • Experience in social media management and growth is preferred 
  • Highly organized and able to track progress and KPI’s 
  • Experience in using ClickUp is a plus
  • Is open to feedback to improve their craft 
  • Great time management skills and is able to shift from one task to the next efficiently
