**Content, Copywriter and Project Specialist**
This role is a key member of the Healthcare+ growth enablement team supporting the healthcare+ sales team in account retention efforts and new business sales. Additionally, this role supports our chief growth officer and sales VP?s with special projects primarily centering around creation of presentations, both internal and external The role is remote, with occasional travel, generally to our corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.
**Description**
**Proposals**
The Content, Copywriter and project specialist, (CCPS) will partner with the VP of Growth Enablement, the growth enablement team project manager and the vertical and new logo sales team members to craft creative proposals with targeted, effective, and persuasive messaging that differentiate Aramark programs and the value of partnership. The CCPS thoroughly reviews each section of the RFP and assists with creation, editing and proof-reading of content to ensure a consistent flow and messaging specific to client?s needs. In addition, makes sure the layout, design and formatting is appropriate and aligns to key themes. Ensures logical relationships of text, art, and graphics. Clearly positions, in all written communications, our value proposition to our clients especially as it relates to the Executive Summary and ancillary vision documents.
**Content Creation**
The CCPS will play a lead role in the creation, and updating, of the Healthcare+ proposal template to ensure that proof points, best practices and refreshed content is included into the boilerplate proposal template. Ability to think creatively and approach content development from new angles. In addition, the CCPS will work with a wide range of internal stakeholders, specifically: sales, subject manager experts from the center of excellence, Marketing, and program development teams.
**Project Specialist**
The CCPS will support the chief growth officer and sales VP?s with special projects primarily consisting of power point presentations for internal meetings and client presentations. Project specialist component of role requires advanced Microsoft power point skills.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Reviews the RFI, RFP, and RFQ customer documents and then assists the business development manager and growth enablement team project Manager to develop appropriate work assignment schedule and workflows. This also includes identifying the need for custom solutions.
+ Conducts any required research and interviews, then incorporates all relevant information into the proposal.
+ Reviews boilerplate proposal content on a regular basis for accuracy
+ Deliver effective business-to-business copywriting and translate into specific communications/content for a variety of sales materials, including sales proposal templates, power point presentations and slide libraries.
+ Building relationships and partnering with operational and support partners, including Marketing, Finance, and Operational leaders
+ Ability to flex priorities and manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines
**Qualifications**
The Content, Copywriter and Project Specialist should have a minimum of five years of copywriting and experience developing strategic content. He/she will have the ability to write clearly, creatively, and persuasively. The ideal candidate will have experience in research and writing, both independently and in collaboration with others. In particular, he/she must have the ability to interpret and organize complex information, creating a story for each proposal. An extensive track record of success with complex proposals or other relevant client work product is preferred.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, while working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
+ Strong leadership skills, strategic acumen, problem solving skills and the vision necessary to help develop unique solutions for a variety of clients.
+ Customer orientation and client relationship management are required, including the ability to communicate and work with a broad range of business colleagues and constituents.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information is required.
+ Advanced level skills in Microsoft office suite, specifically Microsoft Power Point.
+ A self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision.
+ Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
+ Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent experience.
