About the Role
As the Video Content Lead (contract), you'll be the creative force behind all video content initiatives at Seam. You'll collaborate closely with our CEO, product, engineering and sales teams to create engaging, on-brand videos that resonate with our target audience. From concept development to final production, you'll oversee the entire video content process, ensuring our brand is effectively communicated through visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive video content strategy aligned with Seam's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Video Production: Lead the end-to-end production of video content, including concept development, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure video content aligns with product launches, campaigns, and overall marketing objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all video content.
- Content Calendar: Manage the video content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos that support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and performance data to refine video content strategies, optimizing for engagement, conversion, and brand impact.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in video content creation, bringing new ideas and techniques to the team.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in video content creation, with experience across a variety of content types including long form content (e.g., thought leadership pieces), short form content (e.g., infographics) and video script writing, preferably in tech.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects), camera operation, lighting, and sound design.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
