SilverTech is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative concepts and strategies that resonate with our audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic sensibility, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Requirements: Creative Leadership: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, for both client projects as well as internal agency projects, ensuring all align with the brand’s vision and goals.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Strategic Vision: Collaborate with marketing, strategy, technology, and executive teams to develop creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.Project Oversight: Manage the creative workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Client Engagement and Growth: Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance ideas.
