Job Description
The Associate Creative Director will work within our client's Design System, and is capable of taking the creative brief and consistently producing multiple fresh and own-able conceptual design approaches. They will collaborate with copywriters, UX, and Development to solve the challenges detailed in the brief with professional grade designs, and fulfill the Creative Director's creative vision. Must be able to work in Stamford, CT 1-3 days per month.
What You'll Do:
- Create best-in-class digital communications for our client's web site, in desktop, tablet and mobile; with a focus on accessibility
- Lead the design system's strategy
- Aim to deliver 100% error free, pixel-perfect layout solutions per the design system templates
- Create responsive web designs within established brand guidelines while seeking new ways to push boundaries delivering original work
- Design assets from initial concept (wireframes, mockups and prototypes) to final delivery (web-optimized assets, AEM authored pages, development handoff)
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience working in a marketing/advertising agency setting, with 3+ years of digital design experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience working professionally in the field preferred; High school diploma required
- Proven ability to design against a creative brief, exhibited through a portfolio or existing work
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite (PSD, XD, AI, Dn)
- The ability to work onsite at the client's office in Stanford, CT at least one day/month.
