Creative Quality Control SpecialistJob SummaryEnsuring the quality and accuracy of creative and digital medical communications deliverables. Including, but not limited to, proofreading, and comparison with templates, style and formatting guidelines, and editorial, medical, and client comments.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesHighly detailed review of print and digital deliverables for quality assurance and accuracy of editorial, medical, and client comment incorporationEnsuring adherence to format and style guides, stipulated templates, publication, congress, and pharmaceutical & biotech guidelinesEnsuring consistency across suites of related deliverablesIdentifying errors introduced during draft developmentSuggesting modifications to improve caliberMarking corrections within creative platformsUpholding high creative standardsMaintaining quality and accuracy while managing competing prioritiesComplying with established standards, policies, and proceduresProviding professional, timely responses to all internal and external communicationsMaintaining timely completion of timesheetsParticipating in internal status meetings, as requiredExperience, Skills and QualificationsMotivation, passion and dedicationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEducated to degree level in Science or English LanguageExcellent knowledge of quality control processes3-5 years’ medical communications agency experience or related field, with a working knowledge of creative studios and relative print and digital projects (e.g., scientific posters, medical PowerPoint presentations, figures/graphs, etc.)Studio management or graphic design experience beneficialExperience of working within a range of creative software packages, M365 and SharePointTravel RequirementsAs required by business needsAbout OPEN HealthOPEN Health unites deep scientific knowledge with wide-ranging specialist expertise to unlock possibilities that improve health outcomes and patient wellbeing.
