**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Anchor Bar - Transit Road team in providing exceptional experiences to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, maintaining high-quality food preparation, and promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties**

• Work closely with ownership to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and shift management.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

• Train and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.

• Ensure that all food and beverages served out the kitchen meet high standards of quality and presentation.

• Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

• Implement and manage the Aloha POS system to track sales, manage cash handling, and monitor customer transactions.

• Conduct inventory and ordering tasks to ensure optimal stock levels in kitchen and oversee bar inventory in Bar area.

• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Work closely with the Assistant Managers to Coordinate catering services, ensuring that events meet customer expectations and are executed smoothly.

• Handle customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.

• Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that staffing levels meet customer demand.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure high-quality food products.

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a casual dining environment.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of restaurant management and food service management principles.

• Ability to manage cash handling and operate a POS system.

• Experience with inventory control and ordering processes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
